FVCCGA Is Making Changes
Not to long ago, the FVCCGA accepted the resignation of David Sheach as the Executive Director of the Fraser Valley Community Charitable Gaming Association to pursue a new opportunity. The Board of Directors would like to wish David all the best in his new endeavors in his new role in Prince George. The Board of Directors thanks David for his expansive Non Profit and Gaming knowledge; as well as his insight and commitment to our growth during his time with the FVCCGA. Through his teachings and guidance, we learned a lot about the Community Gaming Grants Program, and are confident that you as members, you also benefited greatly from his vast knowledge. Please join us in wishing Mr. Sheach many blessings as he walks his new path!

The FVCCGA is undergoing some BIG changes, and we are EXCITED!

The Board of Directors would like to introduce you to our interim Executive Director and Facilitator of the FVCCGA program – Ms. Tracy Butterfield. Tracy brings 30+ years of administrative experience to the FVCCGA. As the owner of The Office Delegate, Tracy has the experience to keep us on track, and connected to our members, which is our primary goal! Her vision for the FVCCGA moving forward embraces the use of today’s technology enabling us to reach more programs, and assist more members and non-members, more often and expediently.
We intend to conduct more workshops with a classroom learning / teaching approach. In conjunction with the information and application tools provided by the BC Gaming Branch, we look forward to working with our members during the process of preparing their Gaming Applications.
Watch our website and Facebook Page for updates regarding local workshops, information sessions and online webinars. We will also be creating a newsletter to our members providing tips, tricks and resourceful information pertaining to Non Profit Organizations, The Gaming Industry as well as the Grant Program.
The FVCCGA now has a local office in Abbotsford, and we invite you to visit us. To make an appointment, we can be reached at 604-200-7136 Monday to Friday as well as through our email firstname.lastname@example.org
